1 – Analysis: analysis is the first step of the work; it is a preventive analysis that can determine the possibility of carrying out a production or not. Once all this information has been evaluated, then the feasibility of the work is confirmed, avoiding wasting time and money.


2 – Development: once the feasibility of the project has been confirmed, we move on to the development phase, i.e. the design of your bag or bags, starting from the creation of the pattern. Then we move on to the creation of the prototype, that is the first representative piece of the bag, in the dimensions foreseen by the project, to get a general idea of the structure and consider any changes to be made.
